I heard this song for the first time today. Its from a Jeetendra starrer called "Sautan ki beti" (source of info : Piyush) ... and is sung by Lata Mangeshkar.
I can't remember ever being so impressed ... rather touched ... by a song before. Its one of the best i have ever heard. It was 5 minutes of pure bliss.
